The team hears that members of the team are on a team working to improve the tools and processes of the company. Everyone at other levels of the relationship with the product or teams is aware of team development. This is also telling the team members they are not merely assigned to a specific project and then left alone.

When team member feedback is gathered, the team determines that realized scheduling is less than the original estimate of how long the timing will be. Team members feel empowered and encouraged to take core input to the process, and then when needed, they help to improve schedules and other resources.
