  • Mushroom- ½ kg

  • Basmati rice- ½ kg

  • Onion- 1 big

  • Green chilli- 2

  • Ginger garlic paste- 2-3 teaspoon

  • Spices- as required

  • Fresh coriander and mint- 1 small bowl

  • Water- as required

Preparation

Clean all the vegetables and mushrooms and according to the requirement. Keep a cooking pan on the stove and add oil to it. Add the spices and wait till they flutter. Then add onion and wait to become translucent, and then add the tomatoes and the green chilli to it.

Sate them well and then add mushrooms and stir them for a few minutes. Then add the spices and salt and then add water to it. Let the water come to a boil, and then add the rice and close the wait until it gives two whistles. Please wait for the pressure to release, and then serve it hot.
