  • You have a visa that allows you to stay in Australia for nine months.

  • You can then apply for a Temporary Partner Visa (Subclass 820).
  1. Visa for Dependent Child (subclass 445)
  • Type of visa: Temporary visa
  • After this visa has been granted, you can add the dependent child to the subclass 100 or subclass 801 permanent partner visa application.
